About This Wine:
Deep purple/red colour. The aroma is complex with ripe blackberry and raspberry fruits, subtle mint and eucalypt, and underlying Liquorice, vanillin and spice nuances. The palate is multi-layered, with beautiful balance between sweet ripe fruit, acidity and fine tannins. It’s generosity of flavour, velvet mouth feel and full yet subtle tannins gives it an approachability, but also has a potential longevity of greater than 10 years.

The palate is multi-layered with silky texture, intense, sweet ripe fruit flavours that are supported by an excellent structure and full, long, supple and savoury tannins. Approachable now, this wine has long term (20 yrs +) cellaring potential. This was the first vintage made at our own winery.
