In 1891 William Formby wielded his leading team of Clydesdale horses into action, planting the first 2 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon. Today his great, great grandson Guy Adams continues the family’s grape growing traditions, consistently leading the way through a mix of traditional and modern vineyard management and winemaking practices that enable him to produce the best possible wines from this famous vineyard.
